FAQs

How much does it cost to ship a puppy?

For domestic shipping, prices typically range from $350-500 depending on mileage. For international shipping, pricing varies depending on the country but typical costs are $1500-2500.

How are the puppies shipped?

Due to restrictions for snub-nosed breeds, most of our domestic shipping is now ground shipping. For international shipping, we still fly our puppies in the temperature regulated cargo area of commercial airlines.

How do puppy picks work?

We tier the price of our puppies based on picks which means you pay a higher price for higher priority. 1st pick of each gender means that person gets to choose from all of the puppies of that gender in that litter. 2nd pick gets to choose from the remaining puppies of the gender, etc.

What age are picks made?

Picks are made at 7 weeks old.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfers, cashiers checks or cash.

How do payments work?

$1000 deposit reserves your pick unless another deposit amount is stated. Once you put your deposit down, your pick or puppy is reserved. Full payment is due by the time your puppy turns 6 weeks old or you forfeit your deposit.

Are deposits or payments refundable?

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The only way exception we make is if you put a deposit down before a litter is born and that pick is not born, we will offer to return your deposit or transfer your deposit, whichever you prefer. If your pick is born, your deposit is transferable up to the litter turning 4 weeks of age. Following 4 weeks of age, your payment is neither refundable nor transferable.

Can we get your puppies ears cropped?

Yes, we can get your puppies ears cropped for $250. You can request the type of crop you prefer as well.

Are the puppies registered?

All of our litters are registered with the United Kennel Club. There are many other registries you can register with using your UKC paperwork.
